A language model sounds just as sure when it is wrong as when it is right. We build workflows in which artificial intelligence (AI) writes by a company’s own rules and checks every citation, number and claim against its source. What fails the check does not leave the company.

Before a text goes out, it compares citations with the wording, numbers with the calculation and claims with the evidence. What does not hold up is stopped, with the reason.

First step: an audit of one workflow

We pick one workflow that recurs in the company and where AI helps today or should help, such as quotes, customer replies or standard documents. The audit shows whether it is worth turning into a checked workflow.

  2. the baseline: how much time it takes, how often it passes between people, which errors recur and what gets redone,
  3. a list of the inputs the work relies on and of what is missing from them,
  4. the line between what AI can do and what a person has to decide,
  5. an overview of where the workflow handles personal data or content that your lawyer has to approve,
  6. a proposal for one pilot workflow,
  7. criteria that tell you the pilot works, and an estimate of what it will bring.

What can follow

Building the workflow: 4 to 6 weeks, CZK 140,000 to 280,000 excl. VAT.

We write down the rules, connect the sources and set up the checks. We test them on ordinary and tricky cases, train your people and compare the result with the baseline from the audit. For the first 30 days after launch we watch the workflow with you.

The workflow is finished once it passes the agreed tests and you name the person who decides on its use.
