Personal data
The controller of your personal data is 3CM s.r.o., Company ID 05177791, registered office Husova 1848, 530 03 Pardubice, Czech Republic. For anything concerning personal data, write to us at my@3cm.cz. We have not appointed a data protection officer.
We process personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When you write to us
The website has no form. We receive data from you only when you send us an email: your name, email address, the content of the message and whatever else you include, such as details about your company.
- Purpose: to answer your enquiry and discuss possible cooperation.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For other correspondence, our legitimate interest in replying to the messages we receive (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: while we handle your enquiry and afterwards for as long as we may need the correspondence to show what we agreed. If we start working together, for the duration of the cooperation and the limitation period.
Providing the data is voluntary. Without an email address, however, we cannot reply.
When you just read the website
The website is run on Cloudflare, Inc. On every visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request in order to deliver the page and protect the website against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The website stores no cookies on your device and reads nothing from it. We do not measure traffic. Fonts and all other files load from our own website, not from third parties.
Who receives the data
- Cloudflare, Inc., which runs the website. It also processes data in the United States. The transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified (Article 45 GDPR).
- WEDOS Internet, a.s., which provides our mailbox.
We share the data with no one else, do not sell it and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data (Article 15 GDPR), to rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). You may object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest (Article 21). Just write to my@3cm.cz.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz (Article 77 GDPR).
